UAE Attestation Services for Commercial Documents
finished within 10 working days
UK companies can only do business in the UAE once their commercial documents have been attested by the UAE embassy in London. This authenticates the paperwork in order to prove that it’s genuine, and will be accepted by UAE authorities. You must complete this process to apply for a UAE business visa.
Here at Saudi and Gulf Visa Services, we provide attestation services for all kinds of commercial documents, including contracts, invoices and certificates of origin. You can also leave it to us to obtain verification from the British Foreign Office (FCO) and the UAE embassy in London. We also offer international delivery via DHL if you live outside of the UK.

How to use our UAE commercial document attestation service
1
Fulfil the following requirements
You must have your documentation stamped by a solicitor if it is a single page, or by a notary public if multiple pages need to be legalised. Please note, we are unable to complete this stage of the process, as the document holder must be a witness. You should then send us the following items:
- Original copies of the commercial documents you wish to attest, stamped by a solicitor or notary public, as required.
- A completed GulfVisa document attestation form, which can be downloaded by clicking the button on the right.
Once we have received these, we will then have your documents certified by the FCO and the UAE embassy so they are fully attested.
