1. Invitation Letter (LOI) Arrangement

• We liaise with the Saudi sponsor or assist in arranging the LOI through our partners in KSA (if the client doesn’t have one).
• Ensure the LOI is correctly addressed to the Saudi Embassy in New Delhi or Mumbai.

2. Document Preparation & Verification

We guide the client in compiling and reviewing:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, 2 blank pages)
• Photograph (white background, passport-size)
• Company cover letter (on Indian company letterhead, addressed to Saudi Embassy)
• CMA registration or Saudi sponsor license copy (if applicable)
• Chamber of Commerce attestation on invitation letter and cover letter (if required)
• Travel insurance (as per Saudi visa requirements)
• Return flight reservation (optional but recommended)

3. Enjazit Registration

• We complete the Enjazit application (Saudi e-visa portal).
