Saudi Arabia Work Visa Belgium

Processing time: 2-4 weeks

If you live in Belgium and have a job offer in Saudi Arabia, you’ll need a work visa to start your new role. The process involves getting approvals, preparing documents, and submitting your application to the Saudi Embassy.

At Saudi and Gulf Visa Services Limited, we help make this process easy and stress-free. From start to finish, we handle the paperwork, guide you through each step, and ensure everything is done properly.

How to Apply for a Saudi Work Visa from Belgium

  • Your Saudi employer must first obtain a Block Visa (work visa authorization) from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). This document is required to begin your visa application in Belgium.

  • Collect all necessary documents, including your passport, employment contract, educational certificates, police clearance certificate, and medical report. Most of these documents will need to be translated and legalized.

  • We assist you with the legalization of documents through the relevant Belgian authorities and the Saudi Embassy in Brussels, as well as certified translations into Arabic where required.

  • Complete a medical examination at an authorized clinic. The medical report must meet Saudi Arabia’s health standards and is required for your visa application.

  • Once all documents are in order, we submit your complete visa application to the Saudi Embassy in Brussels, including forms, photos, and supporting documents.

  • After processing, the embassy will issue your Saudi Work Visa, which will be stamped into your passport. You can then proceed to travel and complete your residence formalities upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.
