How to Apply for a Saudi Business Visa in India

• Ensure the LOI is correctly addressed to the Saudi Embassy in New Delhi or Mumbai

We guide the client in compiling and reviewing:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, 2 blank pages)
• Photograph (white background, passport-size)
• Company cover letter (on Indian company letterhead, addressed to Saudi Embassy)
• CMA registration or Saudi sponsor license copy (if applicable)
• Chamber of Commerce attestation on invitation letter and cover letter (if required)
• Travel insurance (as per Saudi visa requirements)
• Return flight reservation (optional but recommended)

• We complete the Enjazit application (Saudi e-visa portal)
• Pay the Enjazit fee and generate the Enjaz form
• Link the visa application to the correct LOI number and embassy

Submit application physically or via an authorized agent to Saudi Embassy in New Delhi OR Saudi Consulate in Mumbai. Submission includes:

• Passport
• LOI
• Company cover letter
• Enjaz printout
• Additional documents as required

• The embassy typically processes the visa in 3–7 working days
• We handle collection and deliver the visa-stamped passport to the client via courier or collection point

Invitation Letter (LOI) Issuance: 2–5 working days, depending on sponsor readiness. Document Preparation: 1–2 working days, faster if all documents are ready. Visa Stamping at Saudi Embassy: 3–7 business days (standard). Total Estimated Time: 7–14 working days. Please Note: Urgent processing (2–5 days) may be possible depending on sponsor readiness and embassy workload.

Single Entry: 90 days validity, upto 30 days stay per visit. Multiple Entry: 6 months or 1 year validity, upto 90 days per visit.
