Requirements for a Saudi Arabia Business Visit Visa

For those seeking to apply for a Multiple Entry Visa:
1) Send us the following documents by post for us to check and to stamp your Supporting Letter.
- Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months + at least two blank pages facing each other).
- Two passport sized photos (must be recently taken + white background).
- Complete the Saudi Business Visa application form (available in page 1 of our Pack).
- Visa invitation letter from your Saudi sponsor.
- Supporting/introduction letter from your UK company/department like the Saudi embassy template (page 2 of our Pack). This letter must be stamped from the British Chamber of Commerce, we offer this service.
- Fill the Saudi Medical Insurance Form. Note: put your UK address. (page 3 of our Pack).
- Read and sign the Declaration Form (page 4 & 5 of our Pack).
2) Then we will fill out the online visa form on your behalf and book for you the biometric appointment in London.
- We will call / email you for your availability so we book a time suitable for you.
- Suggested times: Monday-Thursday 10am-2pm, Friday 9am-11am, 3-4pm.
- We will meet you at the Saudi Visa Centre in London with your checked documents and stamped supporting letter.
How long is the visa valid for?
For single visas, you must travel to Saudi Arabia witihin 89 days from the date of visa issue on your passport.
For multiple visas, you must travel to Saudi Arabia within 180 or 365 or 730 days (depending on the visa invitation/authorisation letter you have received from your relative – requirement 4). You must choose the corresponding service to what is written in this letter.
